Answer: Yes, Billy's spirit form previously reincarnated as all these prophets mentioned. That does not mean he was nokodemion, jmmanuel, mohhammad, elijah or jesaiah, but his spirit form bore those different personalities in its previous incarnations.

Did billy's spirit form reincarnate as all of these prophets? I thought he was nokodemion but not jmmanuel or mohammed or eliah or jesaiah.
