Who are these three ETs who are obseriving us?

First off, if those ETs are really earth people from the future how can they be consider Exter terristrials? second, aside Jmmanuel, is budda, horus, Krishna, Laozi, Perseus all plajaren human hybrids. They are said to be virgins births casue people worship they though lyrans or pleijrans are gods. Unknown. Its possible they are Earth humans from the future I read not long ago. Perhaps they're just races that are more technically advanced than the Plejaren, in some respects.
