Does Billy's answer mean that to know the answer is too dangerous for mankind at this time?

Doesn't Billy have a pal on Earth known as Gilgamesh that can transform into a giant version of the aformentioned chupacabra and make them disappear if hostile abracadabra.:)I think we need universal wildlife security pronto.

I would think it would be more dangerous for the chupacabra, if men were to know the truth.

I guess it depends on what is meant by the fact that Billy "knows about" them. It could simply mean that he knows what the questioner is talking about, since Billy himself has seen or otherwise knows about the videos of them on TV. If that is all that he knows, then he "cannot" answer the questions because he himself has no precise knowledge of the creatures. The fact that the creatures are described as "those ape-like creatures from TV" does make it seem that he only knows about them from T.V. and not from any other source. Nevertheless, if the "cannot" does mean that he has detailed information about them but is not allowed to reveal any of it, then that makes me want to look into the chupacabra a whole lot more!

I have to agree with Benjamin Stevens that at this time Billy is not allowed to clarify this question. On a number of occasions, the Plejarens have put a lid on what BEAM can and cannot say, either because it is dangerous for him and others or Earth humans are not evolved enough to grasp the truth.

Could the Chupacabra be related to those similar in description, (especially the red fluorescent eyes) of those who were present in Jmmanuel’s cave? When Mary, Jmmanuel’s mother tried to touch these Beings, but was warned not too because it was too dangerous for her to do so.

Hawaiian, in the TJ it says on page 192 that Joseph of Arimathea and Jmmanuel's Indian friends entered the tomb via a secret entrance to heal Jmmanuel's wounds over a period of 3 days and nights.

And on page 196:

22. And behold, again a guardian angel met them on their way and said, "Remember what you have been instructed to do. Be careful and do not inadvertently tell the people (about Jmmanuel's rising from apparent death - James).
23. Maria and Magdalena approached the guardian angel, who wore a brilliant white garment, and she wanted to grasp his hand.
24. But he stepped back from her and said, "Do not touch me, because I am of a different kind from you and my garment is a protection against this world. 25. If you touch me you will die and be consumed by fire.

There is no mention of red eyed beings in the tomb anywhere in the book (4th edition).

So you have possibly unintentionally twisted the multiple facts by your statement.
