A lot of the things Billy speaks about is truth. We currently live in a world filled with many deceptions and if everyone knew the truth at the wrong time then there might be chaos. I think Billy has implemented his teachings well by starting off small and eventually as he says will spread when man of Earth utilizes there inner self thought and being. He did send letters to all the leaders but they still did not gradually assist in his kind gesture to spread the treasure of knowledge to the masses. If they would at least listen to a fraction of what he and his friends suggested many problems would not have prevailed currently. I hope the governments take a close look at his work and know that his intentions are of a good nature. If they start finding results in a good way that helps humanity through his teachings, then maybe they should start implementing some kind of plan to convey this to the public in a subtle seamless manner. I wish you the best in Louisiana, it must be tough with all the gunk in the shores. I wonder how the air is, is it rather disturbing? If you feel it is a health concern, I would probably leave for a while until everything gets straightened out. I hear that BP has agreed to pay 20 Billion to help the fine citizens of your territory. I think the lasting effects will be a challenge however.

The contact date was 1988,but the discovery of Liopleurodon was 1878. How come it is a prediction if you tell it after 110 years passed since the discovery of bones?

Perhaps Quetzal was referring to the 32 meter long/185 ton version of the Liopleurodon. You could ask about this on the figu.org forum.

If this was written in 1988 how come they are saying this:

"...like those of the kind that the Tages-Anzeiger, Zürich, Thursday, January 30, 2003 calls black holes"

Makes no sense.
