"As a rule eight hours is the highest measure of all things concerning sleeping and lying in bed. More than that fosters laziness, aggression, moodiness, neglect of duty and disinterest etc. and moreover, it testifies to a weakness of character and virtuelessness."

That's a bit rough on persons who allow themselves more than 8 hours sack time plus also it's simply a reality that some need more sleep than others just like water intake. Moreover not accurate regarding moodiness & aggression .... without my beauty sleep those two unpleasant characteristics would definitely manifest whilst with sufficient rest (for me) they remain relatively absent.

Apart from that quite interesting that the state of mind before sleep heavily influences the content of dreams.

Billy says:

For the human being it is extremely important and of special value to always realise that there are both two forms of concentration and two forms of meditation

One form refers to the stabilisation, which means that the object of concentration or meditation is fixed and is made permanent and unchanging

The second form is that of analytics by which the consciousness carries out an investigation and analysis of what has been concentrated and meditated on in an observing and considering, researching, testing and investigating manner, in order to create from it a synthesis, that is a summary and union or rather a result.

This analysis is of importance, because first of all everything must be processed, worked on, and everything must be undertaken to be able to use the whole thing."

Billy end of statement.

I have experimented with using these approaches not only in the waking, but also in the dream states. In the waking state, only the evolved humans (which is very rare) responds in a appropriate manner, as most are still degenerative and undisciplined and blinded by their limited capacity to acknowledge the truth, I don't even bother anymore, but keep my thought in silence.

However, in the dream state, one can actually question any character that appears "illogical" in nature, just look into their eyes to find any reaction! Sometimes the character will "sense" you about to analyze them and they flee! However, one must not be too analytical, because it scare away the characters in your dreams!

In the dream state, if I'm interpretating it correctly, Billy mentioned that the Unconscious and Subconscious are evident, then would it be logical to assume that doing an analytical observation and questioning are the same as analyzing one's Unconscious and Subconscious?

If so, than we can learn allot more about our personality or personalities from the dreams by inter-acting with them instead of just being some observer. After all, in the dream state, one need not be burdened with your other 5 primitive senses interfering with these exchanges between the Conscious, Subconscious and Unconscious....just a thought?

I think I will pick up this brick (concentration/meditation/sleep) and make it a full load.

Billy, you are a man amongst boys who are poor excuses for men. It is, indeed, the ignorant man of Earth who's degenerate manner of thinking and incomprehensibly idiotic courses of action that will call him to account very soon. Not to mention any names, but the United States government is who of which I am speaking. The people of the United States have every right to be knowing of the truth, why then, is the truth hidden from us? Also, the wars and killing in the name of some non-existent, imaginary, invented creator god and creator god's son is crazy and must end. Meanwhile, you exploit the intellectually challenged capacity of the majority of the peoplem, in that they are not so far enough advanced to see the ridiculous, laughable notion that there even exists this fake, invented god while you print "in god we trust" on the money and pretend to the people that you actually believe that nonsense yourselves, all while you keep this country deaf dumb and blind in the dark and act like material wealth or power over people actually is of any value. These shameful acts on the part of those who assume they have some meaningless power and hide the truth from the people will be called to account, of this they will be knowing. Billy, thank you for your tireless effort and sacrifices. Ptaah, Quetzal, Semjase and all the gracious Plejaren people as well as other entities assisting in the mission, I thank you. Don't know where I would be in life without the truth, one day because of your gracious efforts the truth will be prevalent on Earth thanks to you guys. Much love to you all :)

Has anyone out there actually meditated in one's dreams? The outcome will surprise you because now one has control over a realm where influences are supposively done at an unconscious level by higher more evolved spiritual Beings like the Plejarens, now you can hear and even seen them, therefore physical contact is no longer necessary any more once one has reached this stage of self discipline where telepathy is paramount.
