Demonstration of mental powers by Billy on 21 September 1978.

According to Methusalem Meier, Billy's son. (abridged)

At about 11:45pm on 21 September 1978, Billy drank a half-liter of rum all at once, not glass by glass—but all at one time. After that, he took his gun and told many people to follow him outside. The night was the the darkest dark night, there were no lights near, and none of the people could see even their hand if they waved it in front of their face. Billy then took out his pistol and shot this stamp, which he hit at 206 meters (about 620 feet) distance, in total darkness. Among the eyewitnesses, who signed the bottom of this sheet of paper as to the truthfulness of this amazing experience, were Jacobus Bertschinger, Engelbert Wachter, Kalliope Meier, and Herbert Runkel.
