To be of equal value is the only real way to understanding all other values compete against any understanding to take effect.

It is obvious that many are on another level when it comes to knowledge. If you can make others understand what you are saying and they really take it to heart then you are making them feel part of the team. You don't want to put down people because then they most likely won't want to listen to you. However I find that on planet Earth they like the cold hard truth .............sometimes. :)

It is obvious that many are on another level when it comes to knowledge. If you can make others understand what you are saying and they really take it to heart then you are making them feel part of the team. You don't want to put down people because then they most likely won't want to listen to you. However I find that on planet Earth they like the cold hard truth .............sometimes. :)
